This area includes wineries, bottling and/or packaging plants, and other facilities related to wine production. In cases in which the wine producing company does not have its own facilities and rents the winery and/or bottling service, it is required to include the company that provides the service in the audit.
As a compliance requirement, companies are asked to include the following percentages of liters harvested and bottled depending on the certification cycle. For the calculation of liters, the production of the year prior to the audit request is to be considered. For example, if the audit is requested during 2020, the liters in storage and the bottling plant will correspond to the year 2019.
